Shipping:
You will receive an order confirmation & shipping confirmation once your order has shipped via email.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office for any shipping problems that may occur. Additionally, we are not responsible for incorrect address submitted by the customer.
If your package gets returned to sender, the buyer is responsible for reshipment fee.
By purchasing from us, you agree that we are not responsible once the post office is in possession of your package and has been scanned in.
Customs and import taxes
Buys are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are not accepting returns or exchanges right now.
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have an issue with your order.
